I know it’s hard to believe, but there are people out there the use the computer to cheat on their partner. A person can use a computer to cheat by setting up dates with their lover in person or by cyber cheating. No matter which way it is, if your partner is hiding it, then it is definitely cheating.
They might put up a fake profile and tell unsuspecting suitors that they’re single or at least are not attached, and since they’re making that part up, they’re probably making up other details on the profile. The profile would most likely leave most of their friends wondering who exactly they are trying to be.
They might be e-mailing or instant messaging other people with the intent of “hooking up” with them, even though they already have a partner who expects them to be trustworthy. Or, they might have set up accounts on social networking sites such as Twitter, MySpace or Facebook to look for potential one night stands.
They might even be planning on taking the cyber-relationship to the next step and want to meet with their online “friend’ in person, despite the safety concerns that arise.
Alternately, you might suspect your boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse of being involved in, even actively participating in, online X-rated websites or activities to the point that it’s hurting your relationship.
For these reasons it is no surprise that many people wish for a way to know for sure what is going on when their partner is online. Now there is a way to do just that by using secret keylogger programs.
A keylogger program, sometimes referred to as keystroke loggers, are programs that can be downloaded onto your computer to track every keystroke that is made by anyone using the computer.
For example, it would tell you if they type, “Hello, darling.” If they typed, “My wife isn’t here, so I wanted to tell you how much I love you,” they keystroke program will keep track of it and make the information available to you, even if you might wish you didn’t have to see it.
There are many different keylogger programs on the market, some of them which are actually free to use. They work by invisibly tracking and archiving all activity on your computer, which is then sent and saved into a specific file which you can read when your partner is not around.
One downfall to this software is that certain spyware and anti-virus programs are able to detect them, which could blow your cover right off the bat should your partner receive such a warning.
And so when looking for a keylogger program, make sure it has the ability to remain invisible even if your computer is equipped with an anti-virus or spyware program. After all, it won’t do you any good to try and find out what your partner is doing online if they find out about it before you even get started.
