Checks To Bank On That Show A Person Is Lying To You

CheckThe Eyes Of Your Suspect Notice how most people make eye contact with you when you talk to them. A person caught in a lie will avert making eye contact, even glancing at the floor or away from your gaze. If you see their eyes jumping up and down, right and left frequently, it is an indication of stress and escape and a possible tell tale sign.

Some honest people have difficulty keeping eye contact so bank your observation and their natural behavior first to establish a baseline to avoid error. If you ask a right handed person to visually recollect what they did and their eyes shifted up and to the right they are attempting to check recall and that is an indication of imagination and an indication they are lying. Up and to the left, that right handed person is likely telling the truth. Auditory remembering has the person telling the lie moving his/her eyes to the right in a horizontal plane to imagine the recall of a sound. (note: this is opposite for left-handed persons.)
