After the breakup, you may be anxious to get back with your ex. In this state, you may just swallow any piece of advice given by anyone. Calm down first and think things through carefully. Some of the people mean you well but their advice can be damaging to you. So, before implementing any of these advices, consider the consequences. Even better, you can leave a lot of hand written letters. Not forgetting e-mails and text messages.
Then, you make them keep their words of the promises they have made to you years back. When they make the promises, they must keep it even after the breakup. Then, you proceed to remind them of their promises again and again until it becomes too unbearable. Next, you trail your ex everywhere she goes. You also intend to keep your promise to be with her whenever your ex needs you. What better way is there to be always by your ex’s side all the time? Remember to smile when you see your ex. If this move does not attract you ex to call the policemen, nothing will.
You may plan to win your ex back through your ex’s friends. So, the likely strategy is to make friend with them and meet them at the places they normally hang out. At every chance you have, ask them of their favorite routines. Before long, they will find that you are always at their place and one day you may find that they are not at their normal place anymore. If your ex has a new lover, the thing you may do is to introduce yourself to that person. Then, compare notes with him and see who is a better lover. That may get your ex’ undivided attention as your ex may hate you for it.
Call up your ex’s parents and pretend to be nice to them. They may become angry at you as well and make create a bridge between your ex and his or her parents. Another way is to date your ex’s good friend to make your ex jealous. This may work in the short run but all you have done is to ruin their year long friendship. You new lover may even leave you when the person finds out that you are just with them out of convenience.
As you can see, you cannot simply accept any advice even from well-meaning people. They may have your best interests at heart and yet they may not be helpful after all. In your quest to get you ex back, you must apply some good old common sense.
