Going through a breakup can be devastating. It’s hard to deal with the change in life circumstances, the emotions and disappointment that comes along with a breakup with someone you love.
When things are gray and bleak like that, finding the silver lining in those clouds is difficult. Your entire life looks gray and it’s tough to realize your relationship is no more ~ hard to realize your relationship has disintegrated.
It’s also completely unnecessary.

Your breakup doesn’t have to be forever. You can actually say that breaking up is basically optional. All it takes is a person who wants the relationship back.
