It doesn’t matter if you’re in school, a dropout, or working 2 jobs. You must get at least 8 hours of sleep. You don’t want to attract women when you look tired.

It’s very true. When you get plenty of sleep, you look better. Besides that, you’ll be doing yourself a favor by getting “regular” sleep. Your health counts on it.

Do you respect yourself? Unfortunately, most of the guys that I’ve coached don’t love themselves enough. When you’re putting time and effort into another person instead of yourself, there’s a problem. You might think that it’s selfish to care for yourself. That’s not what this about.

When you start to respect yourself, you’ll realize that you’re actually worth something. I say this because a lot of chumps respect women because of their looks. Stop putting women (and other human beings) on a plain higher than you. Remember, love and respect yourself.
