More and more people today are going online in search of boyfriends, girlfriends, wives, husbands, or even an occasional no-strings fling. Here I’ll give you some quick and easy pointers to maximize your computer dating experience.
The primary task is to develop an exhaustive list of exactly what you want in a relationship. Do you want a short term fling? A long term committed relationship? A bowling partner? Be honest with yourself with what you want. It will make it much more easier to find it.
Next is to determine exactly who you will be hooking up with. Be as clear and specific as possible, about as many things as possible. Once you got your list of things you are looking for, and your list of things you have to offer, it’s time to get in the game. Contact as many people as possible. The more the better. Remember, online dating is a numbers game. The more people you contact, the better your chances will be. Once you find somebody that is interesting, that also finds you interesting, you’re on your way. Try to get off line as quickly as possible. Your time is precious, so don’t waste it on people that don’t qualify.
Once you get a good handle on these three steps, you’ll be well on your way to finding Mr. or Mrs. Right. (Or Mr. or Mrs. right now, if that’s what you’re after!) The trick is to keep at it, and make it a daily habit. Before you know it you’ll be falling asleep in somebody’s arms.
