As human beings we have a wide range of emotions, feelings and thoughts. Jealousy is one of the worst emotions that we display and can be very destructive if not checked. It can often be at the root of relationship insecurities and action should be taken to ensure that it does not end with a terminal breakup.
An understanding of what jealousy actually means is very important before you can work to address it. You have to look at yourself whenever these feelings arise and consider whether you are making a poor judgment of yourself, who you are and what you represent. You might think that you’re not attractive because you have these poor views and these could stem from any number of reasons, most of which are not fit.
If you are worried about your relationship with him, now is the time to search your soul and accept that relationship insecurities are generally unrealistic. There are few occasions where they are based on any real feelings or issues and petty personal situations are generally at the fore.
If you find yourself wondering where your significant man is, whether he is taking a long time to come home from work or has not let you know of his plans, then the chances are that you feel that he is looking outside of your world and that this is something to do with you. You feel he is looking for somebody better.
Never suppress your feelings if you can help it as this is very unhealthy for you. Understand that relationships between a woman and a man can be very complex and personal. Relationship insecurities are almost always a product of poor communication and if you can both find the root of the issue and discuss it then all would be better. Sweeping issues out of the way and pretending they did not exist is not an answer.
Very often relationship securities get worse because you may feel that if you do air some of your grievances to your man, that he will be even more inclined to go the other way. Of course this is an unreasonable assumption, but it is part of the problem that you face and one that you must overcome.
If you find that you are at a loss to explain why things are just not going well between you, then remember that self-assessment is necessary.
Remember that the chances are that everything is okay and that you both love each other and should work to do everything you can to solve problems in a rational way.
