We have all heard girls talk about how confident a guy was and how that makes him attractive. But what is this? And how can you show it?
I think the 1988 movie Colors best sums it up. There is a scene where Robert Duvall the veteran cop tells his young partner Sean Penn a joke. He says “There were two bulls on a mountain overlooking a bunch of cows. The young bull says to the Dad let’s run down and have sex with one of those cows, the Dad replies lets walk down and have sex with them all.”
This is why you must act confident especially if you don’t feel it. When you can portray it you will be attractive to all women.
3 Steps
1. Smile – giving a girl a whole hearted genuine smile shows confidence. You are also flirting with her and you will be shocked out how many women will return your smile.
2. Don’t Care – sometimes you have to pretend you don’t care. For example if you approach a girl and she stops being attentive then walk away. In reality it is one fish in a huge sea, so who cares. But this shows you are not some needy, pathetic guy that is going to be at her every beckoning.
3. Act As If – This means act as if you are the man. In other words fake the confidence until you make it. It sounds bizarre but just by simply giving yourself a pep talk before you go out you will show a lot more confidence than if you do not. The truth is it is scary to approach strange girls and come up with engaging conversation material and make them like you at the same time.
However these three steps will help tremendously. When it comes to attracting the opposite sex there is nothing more unattractive than being needy and too available. Further, if she doesn’t want to give you the time of day it is her loss. It really is, you are trying to meet a significant other in order to treat them well and have someone to share your life with. Unfortunately there are some guys that are looking for women to take advantage of them and abuse them.
Lastly, be positive and optimistic. People have a tendency to gravitate towards uplifting things, and women find negativity to be a turn off.
