Is there a man alive who doesn’t want prosperity? The affluent aspire to have even more and people who do not want unnecessary wealth still want all the areas of their lives to not lack anything. It can be well-being, relationships and of course riches-everybody wants abundance and prosperity
Abundance takes on a different form for each individual but to make it simple, let’s use abundance in terms of financial prosperity. Imagine a man who has always walked. He has never ridden a bicycle, much less drive a car, and suddenly he finds himself in ownership of a nice looking vehicle. This is abounding blessings for him. However, if he had a neighbor who has driven cars all his life, that neighbor’s prosperity might be, perhaps owning a helicopter. On the other hand, someone who has a fleet of these aircrafts will have a different of success. Maybe having an island will be his crowning achievement.
As illustrated, every person has his own version of what makes a success. It is a deeply personal affair only you can determine for yourself. Many today have gotten discouraged from dreaming and dreaming-never attaining what they aspire to be or have. Do not place the blame on economy or whatever lack you perceive you have. You can choose to be abundant, and it shall be so.
You might be asking– if that’s really possible in my life tell me what to do. First, let us understand what we are discussing about. What is the meaning of abundance? Abundance is having an overflowing fullness of supply in your life. It is having more than enough; it is having options.
Imagine taking out a large empty glass and putting it on a table. Abundance is pouring water into the glass it until it spills out onto the table and drips down its sides. It is an overflow of what you allow in your life. You’re probably thinking, ‘What? I want to be rich but leave the eccentric out. How can I allow money to enter my life if I don’t even have it?’
You are right. You don’t have the money you want in your life-yet. Walk this thought through with me. Abundance and prosperity as people understand it, is having the actual riches or possessions in your hand. What not enough people know that prosperity actually begins in your mind. So what do you do, begin thinking of yourself rich. Purpose your thoughts to what you aspire to be. Believe you are rich.
You will never see a pauper with a king mindset remain in his shanty. If you research on some millionaires from all over the world you will see people who achieved great things because they believed great things regardless of their station in life. Remove incidental factors like background, age, learning curves and opposition. Nothing and no one can stop the flood of prosperity from pouring down on you.
A wise man once said, ‘If you can believe it, it can be done.’ Strong words for some, but it still rings true today. Abundance means peace and freedom- and you can have it today.
