
If you have a shorter height, you are probably thinking about height increase exercise. You are not the only person who is facing dilemma with height. It can also be beneficial at improving the height because of the stretching routine it involves with.
For height improvement solutions, there are some basic yoga exercises available.
One is allowing your body to rest comfortably by lying down straight on a padded floor. Avoiding to stretch too much, follow by gracefully stretching the right foot towards the left direction and the left towards the right. Placing both feet to their original position, do the same steps after releasing by stretching the left foot towards left and the right foot towards the right direction.
Another is by lying down on your chest and stomach and then keeping the palms on the ground just near your hips. Slowly bending the legs from the knees and lifting the legs ups, let the thighs provide support by remaining them on the ground. And then taking the hands backwards, reach and hold the legs up. Stretch both legs but not too much and keep the torso uplifted. And then, relax your body carefully.
Another height increase exercise is forward bending and spot jumping. With legs apart, stand straight, raise hands and bend forward until they are touching the floor. Get back to normal position and then repeat the process without breaking your knees. While in spot jumping, you need to close your legs and stand on your toes, and then start jumping for two minutes while both hands are up in the air.
